Liability for content

The contents of our pages have been created with great care. However, we can not take any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the content. We are responsible for own content, which is provided on these pages, in accordance with §7, Paragraph 1, of TMG (Telemediengesetz). Provision of personal information

Any personal information that you provide to projectEzone must be accurate, true and current.

We will never sell, lease or trade your personal information. And we will also not send you any unsolicited mail, either by postal service or eMail. You will only receive mail from us in response to an enquiry or when you have subscribed to our site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, attorneys, staff and affiliates (collectively, "Affiliated Parties") harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.

Non-transferability of right

Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information, documents or products is not transferable and may only be used by you.

Use of information

We reserve the right, and you authorise us, to use all information regarding Site usage by you and all information provided by you in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy, as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement.

Lapsed accounts

In order to keep projectEzone's registration roster current, if a registered visitor does not access his or her account for a period of 180 days or more, projectEzone may, in its sole discretion, terminate such registered visitor's account. projectEzone will endeavour to notify a registered visitor of projectEzone's intent to terminate such registered visitor's account by notice to such registered visitor's provided email address at least 10 days prior to deactivation. If the registered visitor fails to respond to such email notice within 8 days after the day it is sent by projectEzone, such registered visitor's account will be terminated as noted above.

Therefore, projectEzone strongly recommends that all registered visitors keep their accounts and contact data current and in use. While projectEzone desires to prevent active accounts from being terminated prematurely, projectEzone has no obligation to maintain accounts that appear to projectEzone to have been abandoned. Each registered visitor agrees that failure to access his or her account for 180 days or more conclusively indicates that such registered visitor's account has been abandoned and that the account may therefore be terminated.

Verification of registered visitors' addresses

projectEzone reserves the right to contact a registered visitor via email to verify the accuracy of account information (including the registered visitor's correct name and address) that is needed to provide the registered visitor with the information or goods he or she requested from projectEzone.
